This & That, A Little Joke

Needing to shed a few pounds, my husband and I went on a diet that had specific recipes for each meal of the day. We followed the instructions closely, dividing the finished product in half for our individual plates. We felt terrific and thought the diet was wonderful - we never felt hungry! On Oct. 2nd, my granddaughter, Allison Vaught Marker advanced another step in her education by receiving her "White Coat" in a ceremony at ACHE in Ft. Smith. I'm sure she will make a fine doctor one day. We got to view the ceremony online, as seating was very limited.
